Not for one-time services like spring/fall cleanups or sod installation — those are pay-per-job. For weekly lawn care and snow removal, we use simple seasonal agreements — no fine print, no penalties for cancelling with 30 days' notice. Most customers stay because the service is good, not because they're locked in.

If we miss a scheduled service visit without advance notice, your next service is completely free — no questions, no excuses. It's written into every service agreement. We've never had to honour it, but having it in writing means we can't quietly rationalize a skip the way most landscapers do.
